Big Lebowski Party
I am super busy with work this week, so I won't have time to post as much as I'd like - but I wanted to quickly say that we threw a Big Lebowski party this weekend, and our friends did not disappoint - they came up with some awesome costumes that would have done the Dude proud. That's my highly masculine husband Jordan, above, dressed as Karl Hungus, the "cable repair guy"...click here for an album of photos from the party.
If you haven't seen the movie, do yourself a favor and rent it post haste - then watch it a few times, and wait for the little "click" in your brain when you fall in love...just ask these guys.

i love the big lebowski. (i love the coens.) haven't seen it in ages. one of my favorite monologues ever is from that movie. and who can't love a guy who drinks white russians all day?

Gotta say, when reaching for the obscure references, showing up as Cynthia and Marty Ackerman is nicely taking the cake.
