The series continues:

From Jordan, a brief artist’s statement: “In Soviet Russia, sandwich eats you.”
Materials:
- Salt bagel, sharp cheddar cheese and lox from So’s Your Mom
- Free-range egg from South Mountain Creamery (we get milk, eggs, bread and the occasional steak delivered from them – I forgot milk could taste this good)
- Red onion and Spike salt substitute from Yes! Organic Market
- Bacon from Mt. Pleasant Farmer’s Market (forgetting the name of the farm)
- Basil from our friends Toni and Ed’s backyard
Feeling nostalgic? See last week’s sandwich.

We’re not HUGE dairy consumers, but we do go through eggs and butter. I never even thought that there might be some local producer who caters to a local market. Maybe we’ll give them a try, sometime.
… them being the creamery. I forget that telepathy isn’t the most effective means of communication.
