		<description>PR has never been on my list of places to visit, but after having heard from people who&#039;ve gone in recent years, my interest is piqued.  What&#039;s more appealing is the idea of a &quot;technology sabbath.&quot;  It&#039;s really stupid anymore that we can be reached - or allow ourselves to be reached - on vacation.  15 or 20 years ago, that was unheard of ... at least in the circles I grew up in.</description>
