1. being content in the moment with the gifts i have when i have them

2. a lonely agonizing death for myself or my loved ones

… incidentally, if you most dislike sleepiness as a trait in yourself, why do you include napping in your idea of perfect happiness? maybe sleepiness is a gift you have?

Ah, good point! While I do love a good nap, and am glad I’m relaxed enough to actually be able to nap, I really wish I had more energy overall. I’d guess this might surprise people since I think I come across as energetic – I actually think that’s the problem. I get so intensely engaged in whatever I’m doing that I wear myself out and end up able to do less. And even when I was in my 20s it was a rare occasion when I could stay awake past midnight; I wish I could enjoy nightlife more.
