It can be so easy to stop completely and not take that first step back "on the ice," but you make a great point that sometimes all it takes is to pick up your guitar and just play 1 song, or pick up your pen and just write a few thoughts down, or just take care of that 1 pile in your messy office....before you know it, you're back on track doing what you want to do.
